Terms and conditions
This ‘Terms and Conditions’ contains the conditions of the contract between SZR “Grbic” carpentry workshop and the Buyer.
Ordering process and choosing products
Selected products are added to a virtual bag. During the checkout process the buyer orders the content of the bag by providing payment information and shipping address. The webshop will send a confirmation email to the registered email address in 48 hours, at the latest, after the order has been placed. Until buyer receives the confirmation there are able to cancel the order. All prices shown are for 1 item. The buyer who confirms the purchase is obligated to pay the ordered goods. If the buyer refuses to accept the order for any reason, SZR “Grbic” carpentry workshop reserves the right to charge the total shipping and return shipping costs.
Payment for buyers in Serbia is made via courier service when delivering the shipment. You will receive an automatic email with regard to your order (“Order confirmation from www.saralis.rs” ). The email itself shows your information, billing of ordered goods and postage.
Payment for buyers from all other countries is made via PayPal.
We will ship the product as soon as possible. Due to our customized products, in most cases, we are not able to modify the order. Please let us know about any ordering mistake as soon as possible.
Table tennis paddles and handles take approximately 5-8 business days to ship. Packages are generally dispatched within 5-8 days after receipt of payment. We will always send your order carefully packed and as priority mail via the Serbian Domestic Post.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number. Carefully check the package before accepting it. In case of any damage of the package, please return the product. If you accept the delivery, the return claim cannot be accepted.
Deviation and extension may occur if the recipient is not at the address on the first attempt of delivery, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen transportation situation that the carrier could not influence. We can deliver to any address, regardless of your home address, for example workplace address. If you want your product to be delivered at specific address other than your home address, please make sure to enter it during the checkout process.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees depend on the total weight (number of items) of the shipment.
Right to quit
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. When canceling, the buyer may, but isn’t required, to provide the reasons why their cancelled the order.
The contract statement has legal effect from the day it was sent to the trader.
A request for cancellation should be submitted in writing by the buyer by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the case of cancelling the contract, the buyer has right for a refund or exchange for another product. The money is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product and after it is determined that the product is undamaged. The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of sending the request / withdrawal form. After the expiry of 14 days the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the products, it is obligatory to return , them in unused condition and the original undamaged packaging, with the original invoice attached. If a defect or damage to the product is found to be the fault of the customer, a refund will be deducted and the product will be returned at his expense.
We will do our best to refund the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, and after receipt of the product. The cost of returning products is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.
Return of products is made exclusively through the appropriate courier service.
Right to Complaint
The buyer has the right to a complaint which is carried out on the basis of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection (“Sl.Glasnik RS” No. 62/2014) as well as the provisions of the Law on Trade (“Sl.Glasnik RS” No. 53/10, 10/2013 ). You are entitled to a replacement of defective products if the product clearly shows that the defect was not due to improper use but to a manufacturing defect.
After 2(two) years from the date of purchase, the right to complaint is revoked.
The deadline for responding to the complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the complaint. The deadline for resolution is 15 days from receipt of the complaint.
In this case, the return of goods is made at our expense. The buyer needs to complete the following three steps when submitting the claim:
1. Send your request at email@example.com.
Make sure you provide the following information:
-Name and surname
-Number of invoice or cash receipt received with the order
-A letter describing the reason for the complaint
2. Pack the items you intended to return properly to prevent damage during transport. Be sure to attach an invoice or cash invoice, and write on the envelope “Complaint” and the document number you received. Please do not forget to submit the original document (invoice or cash invoice), because without it we will not be able to exchange the products.
3. After the damaged goods arrive at our premises and we verify the validity of the claim, the appropriate item will be shipped to your address. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be made instead.
Replacement of the damaged item is at the seller’s expense and is done through the appropriate courier service.
